The 3d Scientific and Practical Conference The Ural Peaks. Respiratory Infections 2025 was held in Ekaterinburg on October 15–16 as part of the 4th International Forum Days of Virology 2025. The event organized by the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Smorodintsev Research Institute of Influenza, and the Ural State Medical University brought together over 1,100 participants in person and online from 36 cities across Russia.

Paradigma LLC has launched a sterilization center of (low-temperature) gas sterilization, which allows us to manufacture sterile medical products for the end user. The production capacity of the company allows it to sterilize not only its own products, but also to provide sterilization services to third-party customers.
For the convenience of our customers, we offer services for packaging products in corrugated boxes. The customer can place an order for sterilization of one corrugated box, one cubic meter, or fill the entire useful capacity of the gas chamber with their products. The price of the sterilization service is set individually depending on the volume of products, duration and mode of the cycle.
We have equipped our own high-tech production facilities for the manufacture of syringe kits suitable for a wide range of devices for the intravenous administration of radiopaque substances, which allows us to control the product quality at all stages.

Own production of KAP
Sterile, non-absorbable, non-adhesive, X-ray contrast polymer implant for embolization of vascular lesions in various clinical situations. It can be used, among other things, for embolization in case of cerebral vascular pathology, including arteriovenous malformations and hypervascular tumors.
KAP is a liquid embolic system made of the following components:
Ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH)
Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)
Micronized tantalum powder (Ta)
KAP is able to penetrate into the bloodstream to a given depth (depending on the selected viscosity), thereby ensuring total occlusion of target vessels.
